Which types of prescriptions are accepted?
Upload a clear JPG, PNG or PDF prescription issued by a registered doctor. The doctor's details, patient name, date, and dosage instructions should be readable.
How long does it take to process?
A licensed Genifast pharmacist usually reviews uploaded prescriptions within 15 minutes during service hours, then calls to confirm your cart.
Can I upload multiple prescriptions?
Yes. Add multiple valid prescriptions before submitting, and the pharmacy team will verify every file before preparing the order.
Is my prescription data secure?
Prescription metadata is stored only for the order flow in this prototype. In production, prescription files should be uploaded to encrypted healthcare storage.
